BEMCO make DOUBLE PRESSING HYDRAULIC WHEEL PRESSES are available with following features.
- Pressing force 300 Ton each side
- Pre-assembly of the wheel set components on to the axle directly on the charging trolley using EOT of workshop
- Charging of the wheel sets by a motorised charging trolley
- No manual tool change–over for pressing or depressing of any component
- Automatic positioning of the wheels by laser-assisted measuring system
- Automatic recording of force and stroke for each pressing.
- Computer-controlled operation of the wheel press
- Possibility to check true running & back pressure tests
- Storage in a data-bank of all wheel set data of the different types
- Wheel-set presses are able to print reports according to Standards EN 13260, UIC 813
